We were over at our friend's house the other night and she had an adorable meal calendar up, so I stole her idea and made my own... though it didn't quite turn out how I hoped it would. I told Dalene I'd post some pictures, so here you go! Rob's really hoping now that the calendar is made, I'll really make all the those meals... we'll see!
This was something else I made recently. While we were in New York this summer, all the street venders were selling these cool frames with a bunch of popular street signs in them. We loved them! But when I saw the price, I was like, "I could make that, easy!"
So, here's the outcome.
This was Rob's Christmas present... and it's such a great reminder of all the fun we had there!

Oooh I love the meal calendar. I need one badly. Every day I spend hours thinking about what to make for din. Then dinner comes and we have frozen brocoli and some sort of chicken. BORING!
Cute on the frame too. Love it. New York is one of our favs. Did you take those pictures yourself?
looking good! we have a meal calendar and i always plan it out on sundays but then when it comes down to it i neve make what i say i'm going to. oh well.
