Over a year ago I found these wooden letters on clearance at a scrapbook store for like .50 a piece. I've been wanting to do something with them, and just got around to it this week. Now that they are hanging, I don't love them above our bed. What do you think?
Next time I think the laundry room would be a better location, or the office maybe. But... they'll be up for less than 5 months so who cares? The letters were white wood and I put paper on them and then mod podged them. The hooks were $1.50 for a pack of 6 at Walmart. I wish I had gotten letters to spell out "love" or "family" or something like that. Oh well!

I think it looks cute, but you could try the kitchen or above the couch too. Something homemade like that needs to be shown off. It's all about Do It Yourself projects. I need to show you my new idea for a head board.
