show and tell

What's up with all the pictures of my house?
I'm considering myself tagged after reading Stie's blog
Are you kidding? What makes you think I'm bored?
The rules are simple... you can't change anything.
And believe me, I didn't.
By the way, I'd love to be as organized as Stie someday. She is my blogging idol.

The Fridge
A few wedding announcements, Rob's basketball schedule for city league, grocery list, a $100.00 bill, a picture of Nephi... you know, the normal stuff.

Inside is pretty normal too. Calcium fortified orange juice, mmm crockpot salsa chicken from our tacos last night, fresh fruit, milk from the BYU creamery (where else??), salsa, lots of cheese apparently... pretty basic.

Washer/Dryer
See "packing" below
This picture is fresh enough... I took it last night.

Toilet
Okay, it wasn't Rob who left the the new roll of toilet paper on the counter. Yes, it was me. But give me a break, it was 3:00 am and I really wasn't concerned about getting the roll where it belongs.

Kitchen Sink

Not bad, not bad at all.

Favorite Room

My bedroom of course. Hands down. There's nothing I do in here that I don't love.
PS This is the cedar chest my mom and dad gave me for graduation. Don't you love it? I do.

Bedroom Closet
Okay this was the hardest picture for me to take. But you have to understand that I've already started packing, which tends to just be a messy process no matter how you go about doing it. And for the record, I do share the closet with someone who doesn't care quite as much.
Besides, look how great it looks when you just close the doors... easy fix!

Self Portrait

Okay I lied... this was the hardest picture to take. No... it's not 11:34 am and I still haven't showered. Yes... I am wearing Rob's Led Zeppelin t-shirt. Yes... I did go running this morning. No... that's not a fake smile.
Okay I'm ready to move on.

Favorite Shoes
Do slippers count?
Not one person I know appreciates these slippers. They have traveled the world with me! I couldn't get rid of them now. I'd rather wear these than any other footwear.

I tag Kelli, Candace, and Shannon because they are teachers too, and I know they have just as much time on their hands now that summer is here.
Have fun Ladies!

Yay! So glad you decided to play along.

The oddest thing to me is the $100 bill on the fridge. If you're not sure how to spend it, send it my way. I'm good, really good, at spending money. That thing would last all of a minute in this house.

Melissa,
I don't know if I can take all of those pictures of my dirty house. I have spent one day total cleaning so far this summer. It is kind of ridiculous. Oh well... Stay tuned and maybe I'll get organized. Your house is so clean and organized. When are you moving? I talked to DeAnn and she wants to do dinner before you go. Talk to you soon!
