December 28th has come and gone, and we have no little baby to love and hold. That's okay. I'm sure our baby will come when the time is right... but it sure is cruel for those doctors to give you a date to plan on without any sort of money back guarantee.
The diapers are ready to go.

Baby's crib is ready to go.
Story time books are ready to go.
The car seat is ready to go.
Even bath time is ready to go.
I guess the only thing not ready is that baby in there...

WOW! I can't believe the time is NOW! It's good to be prepared, but it does make it feel even more cruel when you're still pregnant sitting in the nursery. Here's hoping baby comes SOOOOOOOON!!!
That baby is too warm in there. Would you want to come out and be cold?? Ahh the waiting. I remember that. Just relax and take time for your pleasure before she/he comes.
I completely feel your pain. My moto is "when in doubt, just take castor oil." It sounds disgusting but it worked like a charm for me with Carter :) You know right now seems like its taking forever but as soon as you hold that babe, you will not know what life was like without them. Good luck with everything. I can't wait to see pictures of your little one as see if I'm right on my prediction of what your having :)
I remember when my baby's room was nice and tidy like that, waiting for baby to come with everything in order. Now there is a pile of clothes, toys all over, and the diaper pail is half full...but I would never trade if for the earlier, clean version!
It looks like everything is ready! Do you have a nursing station set up yet? I picked a favorite chair with a table next to it, with books, snacks, etc. Maybe your baby will be the New Years baby! You could get a lifetime supply of diapers! :-) I've been thinking of you and can't wait until we get to see your cute baby!
Wow, you really are ready, aren't you! I am excited for you. I hope all goes well when the little one decides to bless you with its presence. (I realize that I am a little late, but since you haven't posted the arrival, I am going to assume I haven't missed anything:))

Whatever you do, don't be like me and start researching ways to break your own water. It will only frighten and depress you. Get yourself some good take out and enjoy any sleep you can get. It may be your last for a while.
