Dear Baby,It's hard to believe that your due date is almost here! We wrote your due date on the calendar way back in May... and here we are... almost half way through December. I remember thinking that December was so far away. Where has the time gone? We've kept pretty busy since we found out that you'd be joining us, but I have a feeling life is about to get even busier. Baby, I have loved being pregnant, and while we are so excited to meet your cute little self, I am sad that this part of our time together is almost over. Thanks for going easy on me. I really do appreciate it. I've heard not every baby is so nice to their mommies while inside them, but I have to tell you, that you've made this experience incredible. Your daddy probably appreciates this just as much, since I haven't had too much to complain about. So don't change, Baby! Stay as sweet and easy going as you are right now. And feel free to take your time coming, so I can enjoy these last couple of weeks, but know that we are thrilled to finally meet you.

You have no idea how fabulous your life is about to become. Hold on tight - it's a bumpy ride. But totally the greatest thing you'll ever do.
I loved your note to baby, so so cute! And so happy for you that you've had such a great pregnancy. I sure hope that delivery and the new little one will be just as easy and wonderful for you!
Oh, and just to comment on what Christie said, if you don't feel like your life has become fabulous after the little one comes, don't feel guilty or like you're a bad mom, it comes differently to all of us.

I just realized that you guys are waiting to find out the baby's gender? Is that right or am I mistaken? Anyway, if that is true you have remarkable self-control. I would not be able to wait that long. I have to tell you, I was really excited for you before but now that it's this close, I'm just so excited and the idea that you guys don't know the gender yet (if I got that right) makes it so incredibly exciting! I can't wait to hear the news! I'd be so happy if you would post or E-mail the Mouritsen fam as soon as you guys get this baby here! Best wishes. I pray that your baby and you will have a good time of the last little bit of pregnancy and delivery.
