There really is quite a bit I could tell you about... like how M is growing up way too fast for my own good. How she won the cutest little giraffe named Jimmy and how she won't leave home without it. Or how we went and picked 7 pounds of ridiculously delicious blueberries, ate them all, went and picked 7 more pounds, ate all those, and how we've been back two more times since, and we just can't get enough. Or about the fun adventure we went on to Lake Winnipesauke and the Fun Zone Arcade and Dr. Mario. Of course there's the final trips of summer to the rope swing and the lake. I could tell you about our weekend in Boston and the wonderful morning we spent at the temple. Or I could tell you about the crazy afternoon we spent three hours at IKEA and left with nothing... not one thing. Or how I rearranged our entire house, painted practically everything we own black, and put it all back together again. I'd love to tell you about the Girl's Night Out I planned and all the great girls around here who are nice enough to be my friends. I bet you'd love to hear about the Chocolate Mousse I made and how yummy it was, or the blueberry scones, or the blueberry muffins, or the blueberry pancakes, or the blueberry smoothies, or the blueberry pie... (we picked a lot of blueberries, remember?) I could tell you how hard Our Daddy has been working at school, and how we miss our summer days together. I could tell you about all the lessons I've taught and the ward activities I've planned. I could also tell you about all the loads of laundry and dishes I've done. I could tell you about the area we live in, how incredibly beautiful it is and how we feel so so so blessed to live here. I could tell you how happy I am with my life. Or about the sad books I've read recently, the lame books I've read recently, or the great books I've read recently. I could tell you about all the drawers and closets I've cleaned out and how much I love to organize things and get rid of whatever it is we aren't using. I could tell you about the song I sang in church, but I won't. Or about how Our Daddy got elbowed in the face and his two front teeth got knocked out. Yikes. I could tell you about how much that is going to cost! I could tell you about friends who came to visit and all the fun we had, or all the friends & family coming to visit soon and how super excited I am. I could tell you about the morning I was on the phone with Comcast for over three hours, talking to seven different people, explaining the same problem 489 times. Ugh! I could tell you about how much I love being a mommy, and how putting my baby to bed at night is the worst part of my day, and how when she wakes up in the morning, her smile brings tears to my eyes. I could tell you about all the game nights we've had, and all the games I've won... thank you very much. I could tell you about the Tunbridge World's Fair and all the swine races and awesome blossoms and carnival rides. Or I could tell you about how fall is my favorite time of year, even though I know what comes next, because I think pumpkins are the cutest things ever. I could tell you about the crisp apples we've been picking, and all the treats we've made, and our plans for applesauce and apple butter this weekend. I could tell you how much I enjoy talking to my sisters and friends on the phone, and how I wish we didn't live so far apart. I could tell you a lot... maybe someday I will.

Wow. Thats all I can say. Wow.
Have I ever told you how super cute you are? :) Love and miss you!
And I could tell you how much I miss you and Maya (and Rob) and how 7 hours is really, really, close, but just not close enough.
You sound like a very busy momma! You wore me out just reading about your busy life. Maya must be far too well behaved if you are able to accomplish all those things! (Yes, I am envious).
someday? i believe you just did. love you guys.
Melissa...you are so cute. I just love you.
Now, I didn't know that Rob got his two front teeth knocked out! What happened?! That is crazy! Is he ok?
Mmmmm, blueberries, apple butter and homemade apple sauce....Wow! Sounds so yummy!
I love fall, too! The weather just started cooling off, here. I love the feeling of needing a jacket or sweater. I'm so happy. I bet it is beautiful where you are.
I hope I do tell you 'I love ya' often enough! :P
Sounds like me one year ago...painting EVERYTHING either ivory or black, organizing everything, making lots of food...it's nice to busy with good things, isn't it? :)
I think I need a nap... ☺
